Welcome to Uplearn AI (“Uplearn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an online study and organization platform designed to support students.
By accessing or using Uplearn AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals using it for personal, non-commercial purposes, primarily students. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under applicable law.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or a third-party provider such as Google or Microsoft.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
You may not share your account credentials with others.
3. Subscription and Payments
Uplearn AI operates under a freemium model:
- Certain features are available for free
- Premium features require a paid subscription
By subscribing:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle
Refund Policy: All payments are final. Once a charge has been processed, it cannot be reversed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active billing cycles but will apply to future renewals.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Resell or redistribute the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- We receive multiple reports or complaints about your behavior
You may delete your account at any time through the application.
Termination may result in loss of access to your data and content.
6. User Data and Content
You may input personal study-related information (such as notes or generated content). You retain ownership of your content.
However, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
We collect:
- Email address (for authentication and communication)
- Basic account information (e.g., username)
We do not collect sensitive personal data or screen time data.
7. Data Loss Disclaimer
While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee that your data will be permanently stored or recoverable.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important content.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including its design, features, branding, and software—are owned by Uplearn AI.
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce any part of the Service
- Use our branding without permission
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The results provided will meet your expectations

- Loss of data, productivity, or academic outcomes
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

- Applicable federal laws of Canada
However, the Service may be used worldwide.
